We lock the building at night but there is no night security.

Midway City ordinance: No alcoholic beverages on town square properties. No smoking.
Insurance: AATS catastrophic event insurance does not cover individual “incidents”. For instance, if your painting fell from the display and hurt someone because of inadequate wire, it would be your liability. You might check to see if your homeowners policy covers loss, damage, or unforseen liability.
Parking is available on 3 sides of the town square and beyond. No art vans or big vehicles will be allowed to remain parked on Main Street after unloading. It blocks the view and potential customers. Artists, please give up those spaces to your customers!
Volunteers hosts will keep a general eye on the exhibit. They are not allowed to sell art or manage transactions. They are not liable for any losses or claims. Handlers will wear gloves. They serve with the best intention. We always have had wonderful, reliable, and careful volunteers.
Location of artworks will be determined by AATS staff. Please be patient if we need to make any adjustments for artwork locations.
We aim to create the most beautiful environment possible for every work of art and for the entire show.
